High #protein, easy to make, chocolate chia pudding? Yes please. This is one of my favorite #healthyrecipes to whip up during the week that satisfies that sweet tooth!
Makes 1 serving
1 ripe banana
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp chia seeds
splash of almond milk (or milk of choice)
Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. Add more almond milk as needed to achieve your desired consistency.
Pour into serving dish and place in fridge. Let chill for at least 25min. Serve cold as is or top with fresh fruit! #yum
